The answer may vary depending on which operating system your computer uses.
You can reach the Zoom function on your computer by clicking on View in the main toolbar in the upper left hand corner of the screen. Scroll down to see Zoom.
Or you can click on the magnifying glass image in the lower right-hand corner of your screen. Click on the black arrowhead to give you several options to enlarge or reduce the image size on your screen.
If you goto Start>Programs>Accessories>Accesibility>Magnifier

The zoom feature is a feature from the mod optifine, the zoom occurs when you press left ctrl.
You cannot zoom in on vanilla Minecraft. You need to install the Optifine Mod for this feature.
The Olympus Stylus has a 3x optical zoom feature.
You cannot change it on mobiles or ipods. But you can zoom in on laptop.or something big like desktop by setting and go zoom button and put it to 15X zoom :)
This feature is referred to as Aero Peek.
The program that came with your video card drivers might have a feature in it somewhere for rotating the desktop. Not all of these programs have this feature though.
Desktop Experience
Zooming in or out on a Toshiba laptop is very easy to do. You can just use ctrl + or ctrl - to use the zoom feature for any page.
In the redesign of Street View in Google Earth 6.0 the zoom capability found in the previous version was removed.
