Unown can be found equally in the side rooms that just include a rock in Solaceon Ruins. F-R-I-E-N-D Unown are in the main rooms and ! and ? are at the end of the Maniac's Tunnel (You need all Unown). So to get U, you just have to wander around and hope that you get a U eventually.
