Windows XP is getting a little on the older side these days, so the best place to find a laptop with it already installed is on the secondary market(used). Online auction sites such as Ebay are a good place to locate a gently used system. As a last resort, the Windows XP operating system can still be ordered and installed on a laptop, once the hard drive has been reformatted or replaced.
