not. dragon weapons are for mems. if you are a member there is one called lost city. most of the quest takes place on the non mem area of runescape, in particular the lumbdridge swamp where you start the quest by talking to the warrior. the rest of the quest takes place on entrana, wich is accesable from port sarim. for a better quest guid visit http://runescape.salmoneus.net
