My understanding is yes you can if it's multi
lanes but that may be a too obvious answer

You indentify a one way street when there is only one way to go and of course one street.Look at the ground as you are approaching the area to to see if it read"One Way''.But then again there may be a sign that reads the same message over the light or street sign.
If you are stopped at a red traffic light in the left lane of a one-way street and the cross street is one-way from right to left, you may proceed to turn left onto the cross street once it is safe to do so. However, you must first come to a complete stop and yield to any oncoming traffic and pedestrians. Always check for any signs that may prohibit the turn on red.

You cannot back down a one way street in GA. If you did that, you would be traveling in the wrong direction on a one way street.
A one-way street is where the traffic on a street only goes in one direction, hence the name "one way street." ~ It does not mean necessarily that there in only one lane to drive in. Can be single or multiple, such as on a freeway, interstate, intrastate road.
You Are Permitted to drive on the right hand side to overtake slower traffic if the lines in the middle of the road are broken (and there is nothing coming the other way, obviously), and where the street is laid out for one-way traffic with multiple lanes, and as otherwise directed by a police officer or safety flagman. On a one-way road, you can drive on either side.
It is only legal if you are on a one way street turning on to a one way street
