Water usually evaporates near dark areas or high pressure areas.
Because its too cold for any water to evaporate and precipitate back down to earth I think you meant to say that it is too cold for water to CONDENSE and precipitate back down to earth. If it is too dry, water WILL evaporate.
It is called runoff.
Because in the water cycle, when water is evaporated, it accumulates in clouds and eventually falls back to Earth in the form of rain. If it didn't rain, Earth's water would evaporate, and eventually, the Earth would be dry.
Runoff
In long geological time, all (or essentially all) of the Earth's free water will be evaporated. When the Earth is engulfed by the Red dwarf stage of the Sol's life cycle, the water will all evaporate. Another condition may cause the loss of the Earth's water. This is when the interior of the Earth cools sufficiently as to halt the movement in the Mantle, and this will essentially extinguish of the Earth's magnetic Field. This will lead to the collapse of the Van Allen radiation belts, and the Solar Wind will be able to strip the Earth of atmosphere and any water vapour. These two events are a long time away. But the second of these events was probably the cause of the present condition of Mars. No water and no atmosphere (essentially).
They all evaporate, but the hot water will evaporate the fastest.
The question is based on a lack of understanding of the process of evaporation. Water does not evaporate the fastest - ethanol, for example, will evaporate faster.
the liquid with the lighter mass should evaporate fastest question which drink will evaporate the fastest out of coke orange juice water and milk. hypothesis if
tap water will evaporate the fastest
summer
Near the surface
tap water will evaporate the fastest. I know this because i did the experiment for school.
Sugar solution, like pure water, evaporates fastest when the temperature is high and the humidity is low.
because its darker than others
SALT will evaporate the fastes

Heating favors the evaporation.
