Information about Emap can be found at many different resources. The best I have found by far is my local library. Just go to the system that stores the card catalog and perform a search for Emap. Another great resource is any local store that sells software products.

In 2001 EMAP sold the Petersen magazine product line to Primedia. In 2007 Primedia sold all of its magazine line to Source Interlink Media which publishes magazines from numerous locations around the USA. The publishing team for Motor Trend and other car and motorcycle magazines, for example, is located in the Los Angeles suburb El Segundo. Robert E. There are a couple of ways I would use to do this. 1) use the data cable to download the coordinates if they are obtained from a website or software package. 2) To enter the coordinates directly, I would press and hold the ENT button which generates a waypoint with your current coordinates. Use the up/down keys to select the coordinates field, press ENT to enter edit mode and then enter the coordinates you want by selecting the digit with left and right buttons and using up and down to change the value. Whenever you have entered the coordinates desired, press enter to store them and they will be saved as a waypoint. You can then press ok to use the waypoint later or goto if you wish to proceed to the waypoint directly.

A more secure alternative to using SMTP for outgoing email is the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol Secure (SMTPS), which adds a layer of security by encrypting the connection using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Another option is the use of the Email Message Access Protocol (EMAP) in conjunction with SMTP, which can provide additional security features. Additionally, using secure email services that implement end-to-end encryption, such as PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) or S/MIME (Secure/Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions), can further enhance email security.
