Amateur theatre companies usually have links to local film schools. If you aren't already it would be worth getting involved in one of these and getting contacts as the personal touch is usually the best way in.
No matter what you do you will have to get two years general education done. Film school will require general education classes. My suggestions is to look into a nearby university that offers a degree in film.
you should talk to your councilor at school they are good for all kinds of good stuff. if you are really interested in being a dentist you should look in to internships and maybe a magnet school

If you need to ask this question then should you really be in high school? My advice to you would be too look at the trailer for the film then base your speech around it as film trailers are usually about 2 mins in length. I assume that you mean the film 'Independence Day'? :)
You should look at what the school does to help prepare you. You should also look at what type of live field training you'll get.
High school sophomore and up would be a good time to start looking at colleges.
I would look at FIDM. FIDM should allow you to take some classes online.
I would look in California. Many schools have a minor in film.
The best way to make sure that you look good for school pictures is to smile! Wear somehing that day that you feel good in and your good mood will show up in the picture.
