This could be at the park, in your room, her room, by the lake, or possibly the first place you met them (this'll add a certain spark to shine because it reminds her how thoughtful you are when it comes to your relationship with her). Just remember: keep it simple.

I'm sorry but I disagree with the statement above. Lips is ok. But make sure you actually like her and its not peer pressure! Also if she doesn't want to kiss you, then wait. If you guys both really like each other and repect each other go for the lips! But don't tell all your friends!!
