in a warm dry place(cage or house)
you can breed rabbits any time! But if it gets to cold in winter you should give them more hay to snuggle in
Rabbits do not have to eat at a certain time. However, you should keep a regular feeding time for your rabbit.
It helps them blend in with the snow in winter time, so they won't be found by predators.
After four months, the number of rabbits will triple to 3 x 3 = 9. After 8 months, the number will triple again to 9 x 3 = 27. After 12 months, the number will triple one more time to 27 x 3 = 81 rabbits.
Wild rabbits generally know when it's safe to have their babies. If wild rabbits are having babies in the winter, that probably means they're surviving; if they aren't having babies in the winter, that probably means they wouldn't survive if they did. Pet rabbits need to be kept safe and warm. They especially need to be kept dry, with good shelter from rain and snow. If the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit (or 10 Celsius), they need a shelter that keeps them warm. See the question below about temperature for details. In colder weather, rabbits use more energy, and because breeding takes a lot of energy too, winter isn't a good time to breed your rabbits. If you have baby rabbits in the winter, bring them inside with the nursing mom. See the related link below for more info.
Spring time is mating time for rabbits, so around spring or summer.
it depends on where you live it starts at the same time where i am it starts at four.
Rabbits molt during mid-November to early January so they can have a fresh, new, clean, glossy, spring coat.
Well, in the first place, pellets aren't all that good for rabbits. Hay should be their main food and should be available all the time to the rabbit. Rabbits must not eat wheat, but a little bit of oats should be okay, but give it as a treat.
