Where in the water do sharks live?
Sharks live in coral reefs, middle of the ocean, or on the shoreline. Sharks mainly feed in the coral reefs because there are so many different fish, crustaceans, or any other food source. Depending on the shark, they might go hunting in the open ocean where they could feed on dolphins, schools of fish, etc. You could possibly see a shark on a shoreline looking for small fish or just wondering around. At night some sharks go into a cave to sleep, but usually sharks would go out hunting because they have good vision in the water. You might think sharks are very aggressive and eat people, but they're not. Bites only occur if the human really aggravates the shark, making the shark feel uncomfortable, or they mistake you as food. Most sharks live on the bottom of a coral reef or the ocean during the day.
