There is no official list but rather a bunch of threads on various free realms forums that try to make a decent sized list of guilds. Just look them up and try combining lists.

First you have to be level 15 in any job, then go to your friends list (which is in the right side of the screen). Click the 3rd button at the bottom at click start guild, name your guild and get some players! The level requirement is there to prevent a flood of 1 man guilds

To QUIT a guild, follow these steps to leave the Guild you are in:Click the "Friends" icon button on the dock at the bottom of your screen.Now click the "Guild List" button at the bottom of the Friends window.Find your name in the list and click it.In the group of small buttons click the "Remove from Guild" button.Be careful - as soon as you click the "Remove from Guild" button you will no longer be in that guild.Copied directly from the in-game help menu.

To create a guild you need to be at least lvl 15 in any job. Then you go on your friends list, witch is the two hands at the bottom of your screen.... i think. Then once you have it up on your screen you should see a picture of a shield at the bottom of you're friends list... click it... Then you should see a create guild thing. If you are already in a guild, find you're name and click it. Then remove yourself from the list. By doing that you should see a red minus mark. that's how you make a guild! OH When you make you're guild it wont come up immediately, the game has to except it fist. :D
