The English names of the week have their origins in Rome, but use names that come from Old English (which is related to Old Norse). I'll show you:
Sunday = dies Solis (Sol's Day) = sunnandæg(Sunna's Day): Sol is the Roman god of the Sun. Sunnawas the Germanic name for Sól, Norse goddess of the Sun.
Monday = dies Lunae (Luna's Day) = mōnandæg(Máni's Day): Luna was the Roman personifcation of the Moon. Máni was the German/Norse god of the Moon.
Tuesday = dies Martis (Mars' Day) = Tiwesdæg (Tiw's Day): Mars was the Roman God of War. Tîw was the Germanic name for Týr, Norse god of combat, victory and heroic glory.
Wednesday = dies Mercurii (Mercury's Day) = Wōdnesdæg (Wōden's Day): In this case Mercury was specifically noted as being the god of Travelers. Wōden, the Germanic name for Odin, was also patron of wanderers and travelers.
Thursday = dies Iovis (Jove's Day) = Ϸunresdæg (Thunor's Day): Jove/Jupiterwas the wielder of the powerful lightning bolts. Thunor was the Germanic name for Thor, god of Thunder and Lightning.
Friday = dies Veneris (Venus' Day) = Frīġedæg(Frigg's Day): Venus was the Roman goddess of love and beauty. Frigg was the Germanic name for Frejya, Norse goddess of love
Saturday = dies Saturni (Saturn's Day) = Sæternesdæg (Saturn's Day): This is the only day that didn't take on a Norse/German name, possibly because there was no equivalent to Saturn in that religion. In Old German, the day was called Sunnunaband or Sunday Eve.

The names of the days of the week are different in each language. You must specify a language before a useful answer can be provided.
Different people have different working weeks and, within those days, different best and worst days. Also, the worst days may change from one week to another.
Both "what days of the week" and "which days of the week" are correct; however, "which days of the week" is typically used when the choices are limited, while "what days of the week" is more open-ended.
