The Dodge Dynasty was produced from the years 1988 to 1993. The wiring harness from the fuel pump to the battery in a 1989 Dodge Dynasty is located very close to the battery terminals.
Yes, but you will also need the wiring harness and ecm.

IF YOU ARE TRUELY TALKING ABOUT THE "WIRING HARNEES"...AND NOT THE SPARK PLUG WIRES. YOU NEED TO SEND THE CAR TO THE""" BONE YARD""...THE COST TO TEAR DOWN AND REPLACING THE WIRING HARNESS , ALL APPLICABLE PLUGS, AND MODUALS COULD BE 3 TO 5 TIMES THE VALUE OF THE CAR,, EVEN IF ITS BETTER THAN SHOW ROOM MINT...THAT IS ONLY DONE ON A FRAME OFF RESTORATION , LIKE ON A COMPLETE REDO OF A------1967 GT500 KR CONVERTABLE SHELBY--- WITH A 427 CJ----. THATS WORTH $ 400,000.00....THE WIRE HARNESS IS THE VERY FIRST PART TO GO ON A CAR BEING BUILT IN THE PLANT....IF YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT THE SPARK PLUG WIRES. GO TO THE AUTO STORE BY A NEW SET .MATCH THEM UP BY LENGTH TO THE ONES ON YOUR MOTOR.AND REPLACE THEM .........................((((>>>>...."ONE...BY...ONE"....<<<))))........................BUDDY MACK..
Best Buy can order one for you, or you can go on ebay.com
I doubt it very much as they change electronics about every year.
