Go into any gun shop. Some Walmarts sell ammo and shotguns/rifles, but I don't think any sell handguns any longer. Also, you can buy guns and accessories online at gun auction sites such as gunbroker.com

Federal law says 18 to own long guns and 21 for hand guns. Don't forget that also depending on where you live they might not let you buy the ammo because it works with handguns to. :/
Any .25 ACP ammo will fit it, however, Jennings handguns aren't known for being extremely reliable, so some brands may work better in it than others.
