Where to download Halo full version PC for free without torrents?

Usually, games become free because :

* there are bad, and the investors, loose interest

* the released date was so long ago that most people don't bother buy it

* to promote other games (see Red Alert 3 promotion campaign) * the product has in-game advertising

* the game is designed to be free because the producers are not professionals * the producers are very nice people and giving it for free

Those are not the case for Halo 3. Even if the producers of the Halo 3 are nice people, the game was made from the start to have a price tag. There is no announcement at this time for a free Halo 3 on any platform and there is unlikely that there will be one soon.

However, there was a offer for a free Halo 3 game if you buy a Xbox 360. But on the PC you must "hunt" the offers from the hardware producers. They have offers like a video card with a free game(s). So maybe, when the Halo 3 launches on the PC there will be something similar.

Basically, I don't think you can. There are videos on YouTube but I have the CD for Combat Evolved A.K.A Halo 1(if that's the one you're talking about) and it asks for a CD key and if you try following one of those YouTube videos it most likely won't work. I tried to do the same thing with Halo 2 and people were complaining about game related issues not working or about it asking for the CD key in the comments. If you're talking about 1(Combat Evolved) it most likely won't work because both games ask for a key. Sorry to hurt your feelings but it's true. If you're young, maybe you can ask Santa for it on your Christmas List. (Yes I believe in Santa even though I'm 13, haha). Or you can ask your parents to buy it for you, or if you have your own cash money or a bank account with a credit/debit card (must be at least 18 for a account) you can buy it yourself online or at a local store. Halo 1 and 2 can be played on the computer, I don't know about the others. So if you're talking about 1 or 2, you might have luck!

P.S.: Here's some news you might want to know. Halo 4 is coming out next year in 2012 between Christmas and Halloween.

halo3 is not downloadable if you want to play it, get an xbox360 and buy halo3

I have wanted to, But really i dont think you can.

Trust me i have been looking for over 2 weeks now and all of the downloads are either A virus, Torrent Or has a survey.
