There is no trainer with a Drifloon that i know of, but you can easily change the date on your Nintendo DS to Friday, if it's not already Friday (If it isn't Friday, change it, as said before, and wait at least an hour or so for it to change the day on your game), and go to Floaroma town. From Floaroma town head east and you will find Valley Windworks. As your walking up to the path, near the door there will be a Pokemon (not in the grass) press the "A" button when in front of it and use any pokeball to catch it. It's fairly easy to catch. After that save and change the date back. You now have the Pokemon Drifloon.***EDIT***Actually, there is a trainer with Drifloon.In the Hearthome Gym, there is a trainer with the Pokemon Drifloon in its party. I cannot remember exactly which trainer it was, but there was definitely a trainer with the Pokemon Drifloon in the Hearthome Gym.EDITReally?
