go to the end of the last area of the garg comp at the top of garg castle at end city, the information machine next to the front desk at scilab, a tree behind maryl's house in acdc town, and out to the netbattle machine on the queen bohemia. BE WARNED: when you go to stop the server you must fight a v2 version of an ally navi:
ACDC: searchman
Scilab: magnetman
Gargoyle: gyroman
Queen Bohemia: napalmman (fyrefox will challenge you before you get a chance to jack into the comp so be ready. all the other navis will challenge you when you reach the server.)

To battle Protoman FZ you have to complete ALL of the requests on the request BBS (located in upper left corner of asterland) and you will get an Email or call (not sure which...) from chaud and he will be class 1-1 or 1-2, hop this helped! P.S. do you know how to find protoman sp?

I don't know if there are any, but other character modifiers exist. With a little tinkering, you might be able to create one that makes Megaman take the form of Darkmega.
