∙ 14y agoYou can't find a Monferno on Pokemon Platinum without using the Modifier Code. Evolve from a Chimchar at level 14. You get Chimchar, Turtwig and Piplup as a S.T.A.R.T.E.R P.O.K.E.M.O.N Monferno evolves into Infernape at Level 36.
