You should train at golems in Henesys or kill the rotting skeletons in the Haunted Mansion. To get to the Haunted Mansion, simply take the interdimensional portal to NLC Then to the far left of the map, take the special gray taxi/car. Once you arrive, go into the mansion and head all the way up to the top floor and enter in through the fireplace. You'll see three springs, jump on it and you'll land on the 1st platform. Directly underneath that platform is where you'll find the rotting skeletons.
