Protocol 10 was an order to kill every single inmate in Arkham City, by way of an aerial bombardment from a fleet of helicopters. Strange's and by extension, Ra's al Ghul's plan was to end crime by rounding all the criminals together and slaughtering them.
'Miranda Tate', who later turned out to be Talia Al Ghul, daughter of Ra's Al Ghul (he was in Batman Begins)
Ra's al Ghul.
It depends on which version of the Batman mythos you follow. If you are referring to the Dark Knight trilogy of films by Christopher Nolan, Batman leaves Ra's al Ghul to die in a monorail train that derails...not killing him, but not saving him either.
Talia al Ghul is Batman's wife "In the graphic novel Son of the Demon, Ra's al Ghul successfully enlists Batman's aid in defeating a rogue assassin who had murdered his wife. During this story line, Batman marries Talia and she becomes pregnant." (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talia_al_Ghul)
Main Characters: Batman (Obviously) Harley Quinn The Joker Robin Catwoman The Riddler Azrael Talia Al Ghul Ra's Al Ghul Bane Killer Croc Poison Ivy The Penguin Two Face Victor Zsasz Mr Freeze And that's about it :)

Not exactly. Ra's al Ghul is the main antagonist, his plans being carried out by his pawn, Hugo Strange. The Joker has his own ways to cause trouble for Batman, but he's part of a secondary storyline.

yes
Ra's al Ghul.
Ra's Al Ghul and The Scarecrow
No there's is not a code for ras al ghul
Yes, he does die in batman begins because of the train crash.
The nominal villain is the Scarecrow, actually Arkham psychologist Jonathan Crane (Cillian Murphy), who plots with Ra's Al-Ghul to poison Gotham's water supply. The true villain is revealed to be "Henri Ducard" (Liam Neeson) who trained Bruce Wayne to be Batman, and is actually the mastermind Ras Al-Ghul.*Another minor villain is serial killer Victor Zasz (originally Zsasz in comics), as one of Carmine Falcone's thugs who menaces Rachel and a child in one scene.
