Where to find the gray fox in oblivion?

You have to complete a majority of the Thieve's quests. Pick up his topic from people and find him at Garden of Dareloth in the imperial city at midnight.
you actually become the gray fox but first you have to complete the theievs guild you get his cowl it gives you 200 feather , 40 ft detect life and fortify sneek but it makes the guards go after you you also get a new house in the thieves guilds new guild hall plus the cowl for some reason if you take off the cowl just as a guard runs after you then they ask why you wanted to talk to him but can be a problem if you normally have a bounty.

NOTE:the guards don't come after you in the shivering ilse unless you already have a bounty on you thare then they still come after you.

so have fun with the cowl maby murder a town whare you have completed all the quests and best of all you don't get infamey
