.32 Special is a fairly common round. Any well stocked gun shop wll carry them and even some of the chains like Walmart (depending on the area of the country). They are typically sold by the box of 50. You could also use .32 short Colt (although this is harder to find). Do NOT use .32 magnum - your gun is not built to take the higher pressure.
Your Rossi revolver fires the .38 special cartridge.

Pistol, revolver, rifle, gun. If you mean the device which holds rounds of ammunition, that would be a magazine. If you mean the parts of a firearms "round" you have 4 parts. Primer, casing, powder, bullet.
No, and trying it would be a very dangerous thing to do. The two rounds are not interchangeable in any way.

No, you cannot.
The holes in the cylinder of a revolver, where the ammunition or rounds are placed, are known as "charge holes" or "chambers". Prior to the development of the self contained cartridge which holds the primer, powder and bullet, these components were placed in the gun individually. The "charge hole"was the part of the gun where the powder was loaded.
That number of rounds can vary. Most of us are familiar with revolvers that hold six rounds. Some pistol magazines can hold up to 13 and more. I know of one revolver with a cylinder that holds nine rounds.
No, it cannot.
A revolver designed for a revolver cartridge cannot, but some revolvers are designed to fire rimless cartridges. S&W and others made revolvers in .45 ACP, the Ruger Speed Six/Security Six was available in 9mm Parabellum.. they use full or half moon clips to hold the rounds in place and load the cylinder, rather than the traditional method of loading a revolver.
