OK, you get him by either trading from a game that you got a give away at toys R us. Right now there are no platinum give aways... I wish there was. Of course cheats dont work to summon pokemon. In Diamond you can get shaymin with just the walk through anything glitch. Lvl 30, learns seed flare at lvl 100.
