i found it on the forum at stickpage.com. look for the "jump to page" button and go to easytoon tutorials. or you can just register there and you should automatically go to a page that has program downloads.

well all you need to do is open up easytoon use the paint bucket and colur it, neither black or white, or you could just get another animtiing software.....

Yes, there is Pencil, and it's free. There are many versions for it like Mac OS or Mac OS X. Personally, I just got it and it sucks.
