Nowhere reputable. If you see a free rottweiler puppy for sale it's either a scam to get your personal information or because someone's dog had unwanted, unplanned puppies that they couldn't afford to care for and are probably way too young to be away from their mother.
If you want a rottweiler do some research first so you can see if the breed is right for your lifestyle. Rotties are working dogs and need to have a safe way to let their energy out, and they will not be content to lay around the house or the yard without anything to do. Rotties also have to have a dominant handler. Anyone who's meek or weaker minded than a rottweiler will find that they can be extremely difficult to handle and dangerous to have around other people and animals, especially children and other dogs.
Don't get me wrong; rotties can be some of the greatest companions to you and your family and friends if trained and socialised properly by a dominant handler, but due to their great size (I've seen some make that make German Shepherds look dainty) and power (they have the strongest bite of any dog--328 lbs. of pressure per square inch of jaw--and were originally bred to pull heavy carts up and down hills and herd cattle) they are seriously not for everyone. If you don't think you have enough time, space, or effort to give a rottweiler the exercise and training it needs to survive as a happy, healthy, loving companion and protecter, then please consider a less demanding dog. If you do really want a rottweiler, though, go to the AKC website and look up the parent site for rottweilers. They'll be able to hook you up with a reputable breeder in your area who can get you a lovely rottweiler puppy.
Or you could always rescue a rottweiler from the pound or shelter, which is less expensive and the better option.
If your rottweiler puppy was introduced to the car as a puppy they will travel in a car. Rottweilers can also be shipped to a location as well. :)
