Paul Smith has a culinary program that you can go for to learn to make beer
By "Paul Smith," I trust that the first answerer meant "Paul Smith's College" in Paul Smiths, New York... which is accredited by an agency approved by both the US Dept of Education (USDE) and the USDE-sanctioned Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
On its web site, I see the various hospitality programs...
...but searching the site for the words "beer" and "brewing" produced only a botany course where what's needed for brewing beer is studied; and all other links to anything with the word "beer" in them led to warnings about drinking alcohol on campus.
I'm not saying that beer brewing's not covered in any of the programs; all I'm saying is that it's not obvious where... or if it's covered at all.
What the questioner asked, though, was about a master brewer's program... something that would result in a person becoming a "brewmaster." That's an entirely different thing.
Perhaps the best-known and most-respected program of that type in the US is the one offered by University of California at Davis, California. Though there are others, UC Davis's is considered best-of-breed... at least in the US.
there are a handful of schools that offer brewmaster type programs. The major ones are the siebel institute in Chicago and UC Davis in california.
