There's a link to the PCSX2 site on the right top corner in the Wikipedia describing it. See related link
The software does not work as effective as a PS2 on any Games titles and a great many titles can not be made to finish no matter how hard you try.
The PCSX2 emulator can only bring up the menus or intro on the different Rock Band PS2 games according to there files with a newer version of the emulator than is available for download at the related link
From PCSX2 Don't expect to download and play though. Read the Wikipedia PCSX2 related link which does have a link to the PCSX2 site. Sony PS3 stopped having the PS2 games because of there emulator problems and if you take time to read about the PS2 emulator you will soon learn that by the time the bugs are out PS2 games will be as outdated as cassette tapes are and CDs will be. PS2 game consoles are cheap, just buy and use one.
With a emulator for the PS1
A complete list of all PS2 emulators, including download links and description is available at www.emuwiki.com

YEA YOU COULD BUT FIRST YOU WILL NEED TO DOWNLOAD A EMULATOR CALLED DELTA V1.5 AND WHEN YOU DOWNLOAD IT DONT OPEN THE EMULATOR FIRST PUT IN THE PS2 GAME AND THEN RUN THE EMULATOR AND THE EMULATOR WILL READ THE GAME AND RUN IT=) 4RM:ZERO_689
You would have to download the game into a file and play it on an emulator like the PCSX2. This takes more time and work than playing it on the PS2 and also considerable computer skill
The related link allows the download and is a guide to set up a PSCSX2 PS2 emulator
You do not for a number of reasons. PCs without an emulator do not play PS2 games. PS2 games are not CDs they are DVDs. The emulators run files so the games must be downloaded into the PC harddrive and then played. The emulator uses the PS2 bios to play the game and you must have a PS2 to legally download the PS2 Bios. Games are much easier to be played on your PS2 and the emulator does not work on many PS2 titles
no The PS2 emulator works on very few games and does not include the PS2 Bio which you would also have to download from somewhere. In theory the system would work as you want, but it never has.
yes
yes a ps2 emulator here is a pretty good one http://www.pcsx2.net
Playing PlayStation or PS2 Games on a PCPS1 emulation is easy and can be done by downloading EPSX from a torrent website. BIOS is usually included in the torrent. Set up the emulator (this takes about 20 minutes for a first-time user), pop in a game and play. For PS2 emulation: You can play by using PCSX2 0.9.5 latest version, but your PC must be strong enough to hold it. You can download it at www.pcsx2.net. You can play PS2 games on the PC using GameTap; you just need a PS2 PC controller.

from pretty much anywhere...the thing is you need a BIOS, GPU, SPU, drivers, a hacked DVD drive, a secondary drive (another hacked DVD drive or a second hard drive or something like that), 2 processors (one 1.5+ghz, one 5+ghz),2gigs+ RAM, and an 8x+ AGP 512 MB DDR+ graphics card with advanced pixel shading and openGL...and that's it no hacking
