The answer is simple, thanks to the folks at EconoAutoParts.com. This worked on my 2003 C320 and should work on yours too. Look in the trunk, left side, remove fuse panel cover, check fuses # 8 and # 16. Replace bad fuse. Problem solved, I hope. And while in there, look at the other fuses also.

There are three fuse boxes in the Accord. On on each side of the interior front and one uner the hood. Look at the box on the passenger side of the interior front

The first place to look for it is behind the passenger side kick panel, just below the glove box. If it's not there, the two other places to look are under the passenger side "hump" floor mat, or directly behind the glove box.
