It's a paper giving many details about what my limited, fixed income is.I'm disabled. It tells how much money I get each month in my Disability check from the U.S. Treasury. It also tells the amount of food stamps I get each month (and IF I got cash assistance, it would tell that amt. also). I do NOT get cash assistance and I need a printout/document that shows that I get NO cash assistance. I'd like to be able to print it out at home. TPQY also tells how much $ I pay for my Section 8 Housing. It has my SS#, Client ID#, DOB and date when the disability began. Lots more info. I don't know what TPQY stands for. I DO really need an answer to my question: How can I print out MY own PERSONAL document (such as TPQY or other such document) that will show that I DID NOT receive any cash assistance in 2011?
