The Fourth of July is held July 4th, every year in the USA.Many other countries also have a fourth of July, falling between the third and the fifth.June is forth of July, August is after.

Thomas Jefferson (who wrote that the Declaration of Independence in 1776) said that the date should be celebrated with fireworks. So I would think fireworks were first used in July 4 1776 or so after the first Independence day.
You can see them from East Park (Shrewsbury St). People gather there. Be early to get a parking spot.
fireworks are held downtown. most people go to the us naval academy, there is a great view. you can also see them by the docks, on boats, and probably plenty of other places in the general vicinity.
There's always a huge show at Mitchell Park/The Domes. It's quite nice, actually. Huge colorful fireworks, the kind you expect to see at a big celebration. I think they start around 9 PM.

There are several different locations that you could visit to view fireworks. You could go to the De Pere Festival, and they hold fantastic fireworks. You could also go see the Ski Team's Fireworks. And, there are many more locations as well. Try looking on the internet, or checking your local newspaper if you live around Green Bay.
