You have very good Pokemon, try using more type advantages and big power moves that's what i did and my Pokemon were about the same level as yours. train you dragonair to level 55 and then it will evolve int dragonite Train your Pokemon. yes but you should switch luxray to a ghost type Pokemon because for lucian i think that you are going to use giratina giratinas moves don't have much pp. i'v had this situation before.

I would get a wailord and train it to lvl 50 and train a trapinch until it is lvl 45 (it will evolve into a flygon at lvl 45) then i would train your blazeken to lvl 52 that should do you to beat the 7th gym leader because they have many Pokemon that are weak to water but the blazeken and flygon are just good backup pookemon. i would get a ralts and train it to a gardevoir at lvl 30 then get it between lvl 50-55 until it knows thunderbolt. get a wailord and get to lvl 50-55 til it knows surf. use thunderbolt on xatu and surf on their ground Pokemon don't get fighting or poison cause the leaders will crush u, get a wailord-lv50, absol-lv 50, flygon-lv 50 or anyfing that is ghost, bug, psyhic dark or water that r around lv50. (the leaders's Pokemon are lv41.)
