Filmed in Stage 28 at Universal Studios, Hollywood.
There is only one that was filmed at the Opera Garnier. It is called The Phantom of the Opera :), and stars Charles Dance as Erik, and Teri Polo as Christine. I would highly recommend watching it; it is a lovely film, and an interesting take on the Phantom's story.
There have been at least 3 Phantom of the Opera films. The most popular film was filmed in 2004, which is rated for 12. Another was made in 1988, which is an 18+ and is all blood and gore and there is also one made in 1925 and is in black and white and it's a silent movie.
