Off course, Harold Godwinson had celebrated him victory on defeating Hardraada although Godwinson got poked with an arrow which killed him by William Duke of Normandy. Unfortunately the date can not be confirmed as it was such a long time ago. Sorry!

In 1066 King Harold went to Hasting to meet the Normans but when they reached there the English were on a hill but tired and weak also they had an advantej of winning so the Normans trciked them by fleaing but when all the soilders were down they attacked and half way thorugh Harold died he got shot in the eye and chopped into pecies the battle happend on 1066 25th September so basically i happend in Hasting but that a little more information for you from a part of 1066 by IRONSHARK6
