If you are referring to the Christian Church, then Acts 1:12 might be a starting point, in the upper room in Jerusalem. Perhaps more overtly "Christian" would be with the giving permanently of the Holy Spirit at Acts 2:2, in a person's house where the first 120 Christians had gathered on the Jewish feast day of Pentecost.
