The 'Law of Love' is written in quite a few places in The Bible. They are written in different ways; because the 'Law of Love' encompasses many aspects.
Matthew 22:36-39"'You must love Jehovah your God with your whole heart and with your whole soul and with your whole mind.' This is the greatest and first commandment. The second, like it, is this, 'You must love your neighbor as yourself.'" (NWT)
(Note: God's personal name 'Jehovah' in this verse is found in at least 21 different other translations over the years.)
The 'Law of Love' is also found in Matt 4:43-47; James 5:8,9; and many more places.
