I don't know how to get mew or dyoxis but I know how to get lugia and ho-oh. First to get lugia you need to have Pokemon version silver or gold because lugia is in the johto region at whirl islands and you need the keyitem silverwing.Now to get ho-oh you need gold version because ho-oh is at the the johto region in tin tower.
