Revelation 20:18 talks about the end of 'hell'(or the 'grave'), and there are a few answers to your question. The Bible speaks of three different destinations for the dead:

**resurrection of the dead to life in HEAVEN(Matthew 19:28) (Revelation 14:1-5)(Revelation 20:4 ; 22:5)(1 Thessalonians 4:17)Also known as the First Resurrection (Revelation 20:6), where those chosen will rule over the earth (Revelation 5:9-10) with Christ for a thousand years.

**resurrection of the dead to life on EARTH (John 5:28, 29) (Acts 24:15)(Psalms 37:11+29 / Matthew 5:5)(Daniel 12:13)(John 11:24)(Job 14:14, 15) where the majority of resurrected mankind will go (Proverbs 2:21+22)(Psalm 72:7-8)

**permanent destruction (non existence) Reading further along in Revelation 20:18, it tells us that the "Lake of Fire", where 'hell' is thrown, is the 'Second Death' . The Second death has no life connected with it. Everything is completely destroyed, like in a fire...nothing survives. Not living somewhere else. Just gone. The one from which there is NO resurrection.

(The FIRST death is Adamic death...the one we ALL suffer from as imperfect descendants of the sinful first man Adam(Romans 5:12) and there IS a resurrection from that death (Romans 6:23)(1 Corinthians 15:20-22)). When Jesus resurrected people to earth(John 11:38-44)(Luke 7:13-15), and healed people here on earth (Matthew 11:4-5), he was showing what he will do worldwide when he's King of God's Kingdom(Revelation 1:18) ruling over the earth.

Everlasting life is a reward for faithfulness to God (John 3:16), not for unrepentant wickedness (Romans 6:23), so once God's will has been accomplished here on earth, and the meek have inherited the earth under his kingdom rulership (Genesis 1:28 / Psalms 37:10,11,29 / Matthew 5:5)(Daniel 2:44), there will be no need to have a place to 'store' the dead...there won't be any.... 'death will be no more, neither will mourning , nor outcry, nor pain be any more...the former things have passed away'.(Revelation 21:3-5)(1 Corinthians 15:20-26)

There is no such thing as vampires. If they were, they most certainly would go to hell. A vampire is a dead body. The soul has already gone to it just reward (heaven or hell). The body is either destroyed or continues on as a vampire.

The word; Hell, in the Christian bible is translated from the word Hades. Hades literally translated means, the common grave of all dead. So if looked at from that aspect, yes all people will go to hell. We will all die eventually, thereby being dead, we are in the common state of the grave.
