I don't really know what you're talking about, however, I'm guessing it's a Sandy Rock, right? Well, to clear things up, you can sometimes find a Sandy Rock in the Sinnoh Underground. I have a Poke'mon Pearl, and I've found Sandy Rocks here and there, but it takes some time to really find one. In SoulSilver, you can't find a Sandy Rock. You'd have to trade from Poke'mon Platinum, Diamond, or Pearl to get one. I'm sorry if a Sandy Rock wasn't what you were looking for, but the only thing I can imagine is a Sandy Rock. It's the only item I know that's a rock with gold in it. I'm sorry if it's not what you're looking for. I'm only trying to help.
