The intake air temperature sensor on a Geo Prism would be a part of the air intake system. More specifically, it would be on the engine side of the air cleaner housing.
The VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) would be found on the right rear of automatic transmission or transfer case. If it is a standard it would be found on the left rear of the transmission.

A 1969 car would not have an oxygen sensor.
Inside the timing chain cover there is a crank position sprocket and a sensor that connects into the side of the timing chain cover. There is also a sensor in the distributor(this is the camshaft position sensor). The connector faces the firewall. To setup your timing you have to rotate the distributor to 0 deg or you will get a P1345 code. A timing light won't help. If you don't have the right equipment you need to take it to the dealer or keep adjusting the distributor until the code goes away. Jon

It doesn't have a map sensor, it has a maf (mass air flow) sensor instead. The maf sensor would be located in the snorkel between the air filter box and the throttle body.
