Writing in the 'first person' is writing from the point of view of the writer. In non fiction, the first person would be written as 'In my opinion...', 'I said...', or 'It's my experience...'. In fiction, writing in the first person would be the story being told by the main character or a character in the story observing everything. In a video game this means seeing what the main character sees commonly used in shooters.
An "ana" would be one such collection, especially if it refers to a specific person or place. For instance a collection of quotes, sayings and writings of a person of note would be considered an ana.
