Failing that, you could probably do worse than calling Purina. Purina makes some pretty freaky stuff; I don't know for a fact that they have an elephant milk substitute, but I'll bet that if there is such a thing and they don't make it, they will know who does.
If this is not a matter of idle curiosity and you actually have an orphan elephant you need to feed, you could try asking the people at the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, who raise orphaned elephants. Elephants are apparently lactose intolerant, so they can't handle cow's milk, but they do need a lot of fats, and I believe that the DSWT uses coconut oil to provide this (though I don't know the exact formula).
