In the Knee
The cruciate ligament is found in your knee.
The cruciate ligaments are found inside the knee joint. There are two cruciate ligaments in the knee: the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL). These ligaments provide stability and help control the back-and-forth motion of the knee.
The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons find the most common knee injuries include tears or damage to the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), the medial collateral ligament (MCL) and the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL).

The deep inguinal ring is located in the inguinal canal, just above the inguinal ligament. To find it, palpate the area about 1-2 cm above the midpoint of the inguinal ligament, which extends from the anterior superior iliac spine to the pubic tubercle. The deep inguinal ring is typically found lateral to the inferior epigastric vessels. It serves as the entrance to the inguinal canal, where structures like the spermatic cord or round ligament pass through.
First guess is a torn ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) --- sharp turns and falling are classic mechanisms for this injury. While connective tissue injuries MAY heal on their own, it's not common. Find a good sports med doc -- and orthopedic surgeon and get some images of the injury in order to see what you're up against.
Anterior interventricular groove
From the posterior root ganglion to the anterior horn of the spinal cord.
There are many ligaments in the body. All are necessary. They connect bones to bones. Without them, joints would not function. If you mean Cruciate Ligament, there are several. They form a cross or X, hence the name. They stabilize the knee, the neck at the dens, fingers and foot.
The right middle lobe is heard best in the right axilla while standing behind the patient. The anterior chest would find the right middle lobe between the sternum and the nipple.
You can find information on knee ligament replacements by visiting your family doctor or nurse for advice on what suitable replacements are available. There are also health websites which you can visit that will provide relevant information in regards to knee replacements.
