a double line graph is a graph that is same as a line graph but there are two lines
Line graph
I can't really show you on here, but I'll try to explain it. A double line graph is the same as any line graph, it just has two different sets of data, and therefore two different lines to represent that data. If you want an actual picture, I'd just go to Google images and search 'double line graph' and see what you come up with.
it means what you see the most on the graph
To show some type of growth. For example, if you want to graph your math grades and see if your grades have went up or down, you would use a line graph. And so if the line goes down from left to right, then that means your math grades have dropped. If your line on the line graph goes up from left to right then that means your grades went up.
To determine if a line on a graph represents a function, you can use the vertical line test. If a vertical line intersects the graph at more than one point, then the graph does not represent a function, as it would indicate that a single input (x-value) corresponds to multiple outputs (y-values). Conversely, if every vertical line crosses the graph at most once, the graph represents a function.
Bar graphs use bars and a line graph is like a scatter graph but with a straight line to see wich way the dots are going.
To see if a graph is a function. There is only one x for every y!
That is a pie chart. For that, see the related link.
The major importance of a line graph is that it allows a person to visually see the relationship between two major variables. A line graph contains a vertical axis and a horizontal axis.
Bar, it is easier to see
a line graph is where you plot out your answers. you put dots next to each other by 1 inch and draw a line to each dot so you see if something is better or worse than before.
