Doctors work many places doing many things. They work in hospitals and private medical offices. Some work near the battle field. Some work as administrators in ordinary business offices. Some work in laboratories doing research. Some work in pathology laboratories examining specimens. Some work in tents helping third world peoples. Some work in coroners offices, doing autopsies. Etc.
you could become a doctor by being a very trained prist. they would use religon to cure the sicknesses. you also needed to know how to work with herbs they used those to make the meicene.

Usually you need to be pretty good at math. But if you want to become a doctor and you have get comfortable with being uncomfortable. You have to work and work and never give up. If you can do this you can do anything!
