In the water by the beach.
You can only get Kyogre through transferring from Sapphire and catching it at Pal Park.
There is one available in Pal Park (in the Sea Area).
you mean kyogre, yes you can. although you can have it on pal park.
You cannot catch Kyogre native in Pokemon Diamond. You must import the mighty Kyogre from Emerald or Sapphire using Pal Park.
Well, first you have to trade kyogre to diamond, pearl, or platinum through pal park then trade from diamond, pearl, or platinum to soul sivler. Good luck =)
No. You would have to migrate it from your GBA game using Pal Park (which can only be used once you obtain the National Dex), or find it in the GTS.
no use pal park to get Groudon, kyogre, Venusar, etc.
pkmn master torie ... not sure about that but if you have Pokemon sapphire for game boy you can catch kyogre migrate it to pal park and re catch it in platnium
Sapphire: After you finish seafloor carvern catch Kyogre[lv.45] in Cave of Orgin. Emerald: Catch Kyogre[lv.70] at Seafloor Carvern. pearl, Diamond: Pal Park.
trade it from one of the previous Pokemon games.,( ie pal park +using gameboy slot) or find someone who has it and trade
Venusaur can be caught in the pal park, you would need firered or leafgreen to transfer him to the pal park first.
you can using cheats, trade or using pal park but without 1 of those 3 u cant
