Nerf Vortex was created in 2011.
Due the fact that Nerf sells disc refills around the world to hundreds of thousands of stores, there is no real way to know the answer to this question. Sorry.
well, a proton is part of the line of Nerf vortex blasters. The blasters in the vortex line are (from smallest to largest): -proton -vigilon -lumitron -praxis -nitron my favourite is the vigilon as it is like a large pistol and it shoots 5 discs.
it can be thrown father by gently flicking your wrist as you release the vortex
TOTALLY Nerf guns. But if you want the best Nerf gun, get the NEW NERF VORTEX FIREFLY TECH LUMITRON
Depends if you want range get a vortex. they also have good ammo. Regular have less ammo and range but more accuracy.
The appropriate age for a nerf vortex is ages 8 and up. This is only applicable if the child is mature for their age and can handle playing with such a toy.
Despite the Nerf Vortex featuring High Powered Disc Blasting Technology this product is extremely safe and doesn't hurt. Sensible play is recommended however and caution not to aim for eyes or face is vital to avoid injury. However that in mind it doesn't deterred from what is a very fun product used sensibly and correctly.

Well it just depends. The Vortex team would get soaked and the Super Soakers would get hit with the discs. I would probably go with the Super Soakers.
You can purchase refills for the Titan AS-V.1 on the Hasbro website.
