What you need to do is get the mirage pass in firered and then you go to seven island and push a few rocks in a cave into places until it says that a few chambers have opened up. Go to one of your new islands and you will find more rocks need pushing. Push them into the right spot and you will meet Deoxys. No need to thank me [:-)
