Its super easy to get one, you only need 1 link cable, Pokemon firered or leafgreen that can trade Pokemon to ruby, Sapphire and emerald and a dratini. If you don't have a dratini at Pokemon firered or leafgreen, you have to look at www.serebii.net and look at poke-earth or the pokedex. I hope it helps!

∙ 12y agoyou can g to the desert and catch a trapinch, who will evolve to the dragon type Vidabra, then into Flygon. ALSO you can go to meteor falls and catch a bagon, then shelgon, then Salamence. hope dis helped!

∙ 11y agoDratini is not available to be caught in Pokemon ruby.
You must catch it on Pokemon FireRed or Leafgreen, where it can be found in the safari zone (either through Surfing or fishing) or buy exchanging coins for it in the Rocket Game Corner, and then trade it over to Pokemon ruby.
