You don't. If the idle is not within factory spec there is a problem that needs to be diagnosed, such as the idle speed control unit for example.

There is no adjuster. The Electronic Control Unit (ECU) sets the idle speed and you can't change it.
The idle air control valve controls the neutral idle of the 2001 Honda Accord. A faulty idle control valve leads to an erratic idle. To replace it first locate the valve on the intake manifold. Unplug the unit and remove the three bolts holding it to the manifold.

Idle speed is controlled by the Electronic Control Unit and is not adjustable by the consumer. The question is why you would even want to mess with this on a car that is under warranty?
It is located on console near the floor of the passenger side.
